No! Although cats and dogs are the most common pets we create portraits for, we also create portraits for other species such as gerbils, geckos and more.
If your photo isn’t good enough, we will let you know and ask you to take another one. Make sure your pet is in focus, in frame, and adequately illuminated with light. Please use a photo that is taken at eye level if you can. If you are uncertain whether your photo is good enough, please read our photo guide for instructions.
We have a team of digital designers that use photo editing software to create our high quality pet portraits. Once the customer approves the digital design, we send it to print and produce it with high quality ink and print materials. We always pack our portraits with care to lower the chances of it sustaining damage during shipment.
No! Our digital designers will use the designated background that comes with your selected theme. If your pet photo has clutter and objects in the background, it is no problem!
